And with the right tools, the right knowledge, and the right approach you can fix the problem. Fast. The reward was never the money. It was watching someone's quality of life improve almost immediately after you solved the thing that was keeping them up at night.
Real estate is the same thing at a much larger scale. The house is the problem. The seller is the homeowner who just wants it gone. The difference is that a house is someone's biggest asset which means the impact is exponentially bigger. That is why I started this company. Not to flip houses. To make a difference in people's lives at the most important financial moment they will ever face.
I spent several years as a high school art teacher. I loved working with teenagers. Watching them grow, helping them see themselves differently, influencing their lives in small but lasting ways. Teaching was never just a job for me. It was a calling.
In 2025 I left the classroom to become a parent coach through my practice Raising Our Future. Still working with kids and families, still influencing lives, just on my own terms and my own schedule. When I started working alongside Juan in the real estate business I expected it to feel like sales. It did not. It felt exactly like coaching.
